May 13: Too much

Robin's egg sky,
garish new poplar leaves--
even the wind can't handle it.

April 21: Vivid

Rain-beaten crocus

uncovered by raking--

I'm in love with purple.

October 10: Color

Autumn leaves--

lost in thought, I drive for miles

without noticing.
