we’ve all been there
persistent whining
of the young gull
just as beautiful
on the propane tank
chrysalis
now i get it
sunset spotlighting
the goldenrod
sea stone
millions of years
in my pocket
waterfront
kilted bagpiper
summons the fog
weather patterns
my neighbor’s windchime
chiming in the rain
cold snap
oak leaves pixellated
by the breeze
ebb tide
our hidden intentions
exposed
sweater season
bees warming up
on the goldenrod
tidal basin
finding the heron
by its reflection
rain on the radar
moving out to sea
how it comes to pass
