winter weather alert
a flock of crows trails
a pair of eagles
afternoon rain
a pile of packages shines
under the porch light
over the river
and through the woods . . .
wild turkeys crowd the roadside
a winter moth
at the window
late-night journaling
November rain
the passing clouds
of our laughter
backyard crows
tell it like it is
November rain
the last yellow leaves
backyard crows agitating
for action
with the radio on
for company
waning moon
what’s left of the river yellow leaves
full-moon tide
the body of a gull
washes up on the jetty
